The same policy states that a hearing recording "shall be preserved until the time for all avenues of appeal available to the student have expired," and that "At the student’s request, and at his/her own expense, copies shall be made available." Decisions of the Academic Discipline Committee are final under the policy "unless the final sanction includes suspension or expulsion," in which case the policy provides a written appeal to the chancellor "within five working days" of receipt of the written decision; for graduate students the dean of the Graduate School reviews committee decisions recommending sanctions. All eight linked sources re-fetched and compared against this page: the Academic Conduct and Discipline PDF (re-read in full — Effective Date 06/28/2021, unchanged), the Undergraduate Catalog's Academic Conduct digest, the Libraries AI Guide, the CETL Syllabus Template docx, the Blackboard SafeAssign PDF, both UM Testing Center pages, and the University Ombuds site — every quotation verbatim and unchanged. TOOLING NOTE, not a page defect: this repository's capture pipeline had never actually captured the Academic Conduct and Discipline policy's own text — the "Policy Details" page it captured is only a metadata listing whose narrative is itself a PDF link, and nearly every section-02 quotation rests on that PDF. The recipe now captures the PDF directly as its own source.
